We just wanted to take the time to say how helpful you were with helping us find a home. Not just
the looking at places, but especially the price comparisons and negotiating. We were willing to
pay a lot more than our purchased price, but with your skills as an agent, you were able to get
the price down to a reasonable market value. Yes, you saved us thousands. We originally saw Scott
in action as an agent when he sold the house of a co-worker's sister. It sold quickly and Scott got
her a good price. When my parents sold their house we chose Scott because of our knowledge of his
selling record. Even with a less than desirable housing market, once again Scott was able to get a
good market value for my parents home, and quickly. Needless to say we felt very confident with

Scott was an outstanding realtor who helped us get our house on 3101 N. 58th St. sold. Scott did a really good
job of being thorough throughout the whole process. I realized very quick there is a lot to selling a house
and Scott was very informative with everything. I really appreciated how attentive he was to us. Scott gave
really good suggestions when it came to the price. Sometimes Jason and I would think differently about where
the price should be. Scott always gave us good advice and reasons why he thought that was where we should have
the price. Most importantly Scott has a very positive attitude at all times. Selling in a difficult market was
wearing on us at times but Scott always had a way to remind us our right buyer was out there and it would happen.
It is very obvious that Scott's work is very important to him. He always took the time that was needed to answer
our questions and always make timely phone calls to us about everything. During the day when Jason and I would
