IDX is a type of data feed provided by MLS membership. This data
feed typically (but not always) mirrors the data available on the MLS's
website. If the MLS provides access to this data feed, we can use
that access to promote your listing on numerous websites, not just
our own company's featured listings.
This depends on the rules established by the local board and/or
multiple listing service. Since the board/MLS is independently governed,
these rules might be different than the rules of another board's or
MLS's. Normally all Broker members (Participants) may participate in
